Vacation Pics

We've been on vacation for 11 days. We took a couple of day trips, but other than that just visited family and enjoyed some quality time with eachother. Just a few photos from the past week.





Carson is so happy sitting up. There is nothing else he would rather do. He thinks he is such a big boy like this. He has been waving bye-bye to people. He is still working on crawling.



Daddy celebrated his 30th birthday on Valentine's Day!





Carson met Mike and Darlene's neighbor Alexus. He was the biggest show off. He was a little mack daddy. Trying to put the moves on her already. We were very surprised by his behavior, because he is normally slow to warm up to people.



Carson had so much fun at his Mamaw and Papaw's house. Here is a shot of him helping Papaw deliver the mail to Mamaw.




Jamie and I went to Paoli to tube one day. We had a blast. This is our first "date" since our anniversary in July. It was much needed, and we hope to arrange alone time more frequently in the future.



We got to spend a little time with our good friends Steve and Jen. They are moving to Virginia next month. We will miss them dearly, but are excited to take our next vacation to Virginia in August.




Carson visited his Grandma and Grandpa today. Here is a shot of Carson sneaking in a little t.v. time with Grandpa. Carson's uptight Mommy would not normally allow this, but figured a few minutes of Golf wouldn't kill him.

Just a few cute pics over the last week. Carson has really been working hard on crawling lately. He scoots backward a bit, has come up on his knee a few times, and turns himself around. Here's a pic of him doing his thing.

In his ventures he rolls, scoots, and turns until he gets to where the pups are at. They don't seem to mind too much. Syd used to get a little nervous when he got too close, but is doing very well with that now. Carson even grabbed Syd's tail the other day and survived.


Papaw Mike came over to babysit this weekend. Aren't he and Carson cute in their matching shirts? They both had a great time. Syd and Lex were extremely happy to see him too.

Apparently I am to post the 6th pic in the 6th folder because I was tagged. Sounds like fun to me. I had hoped it would be something amusing or interesting. Turns out it is a pic of Carson when he was probably about 7 days old. He sure does look different now. I find it funny that the paci is about 1/2 the size of his face.
