Snow Day

Somehow Carson ended up with 3 snow suits for this stage of his life. I thought it would be nice to get a few snapshots of him in the snow in his cute snow suits. It took me about 10 minutes just to get one on him. He has been so difficult when it comes to changing his clothes lately. I can't seem to get him to bend his arms to put a shirt on him. He just fusses the whole time lately. It was worth the struggle though because he was cute as ever in it. I even got to play fetch with Syd and Lex for a few minutes. They loved there quality time with Mommy.

Bath time

I have always been the one to give Carson his baths. Jamie has been trying to help out with this more lately, and I appreciate that he has. He let me know yesterday that I would have to take over Carson's baths again. The last 3 times Jamie has given Carson a bath there have been many tears shed. Jamie says Carson goes "ballistic" every time he gets him in the bath. Jamie thinks he has traumatized him somehow. I don't know what he is doing different than me, but does this look like a little boy that doesn't like baths? I know this is a lot of bath pics, but his face is just so cute in each one.

Mamaw and Papaw

Carson got a visit from his Mamaw and Papaw on Friday. He is being much more interactive now. We went out to eat at Texas Roadhouse. Carson was staring at everyone's steak like he was ready to take it on for himself. He grabbed his Mamaw's glass of ice and pulled it over in her lap. Luckily she had drank all of the water already. We hung out at our house for a bit after dinner, and took some pics of course.

Carson's 1st play date

Carson sort of had a play date today. We went to see Britney and her three kiddos. Jakobe is only 5 weeks older than Carson. They really couldn't do much playing, but Carson enjoyed himself all the same. Jakobe is super baby and is pretty far beyond Carson physically. Jakobe wanted to interact, but Carson just wanted to watch and move his arms and legs in excitement. He just loved watching Jakobe and Journi play. He was happy and smiling the whole time we were there. He found Jericho pretty entertaining as well.
